Southern Voices Festival Feb 23-27
The Southern Voices Festival at Hoover Public Library February 23-27 is featuring the Heart of Dixie Rug Bees, a Birmingham-area rug hooking group. If you can't make the opening February 23, their work will be on display at the library through March. The festival also includes southern writers and musicians.
